1. How browser storage works
Text2Celeb uses cookies and similar browser technologies, including local storage and authentication storage. Some data supports account access and security; other data remembers choices you make. This policy supplements the Privacy Policy.
2. What is stored
- Authentication: Firebase stores session information to keep you signed in and refresh credentials. Signing out clears the active session; removing browser data may require you to sign in again.
- Creative drafts: the current single-voice script or dialogue, selected voices and styles, and an identifier that prevents a retry from submitting the same request twice. Drafts persist until replaced, cleared, or removed by sign-out behavior or browser controls.
- Voice preferences: saved voices, recent selections, and your chosen recommendation region. These are stored locally after you use the corresponding controls, rather than shared across every device.
- Hosting and security: hosting providers may use necessary request or security cookies. A protected preview may also use a hosting-provider access cookie.
- Payments: Stripe may use storage on its checkout and billing pages for payment functionality, security, and fraud prevention. Those pages are governed by Stripe’s own notices as well.
3. Your controls
You can sign out from Account, change the recommendation region, remove saved voices with the heart control, start a new creation, or clear site data in your browser. Browser settings can block or delete cookies and other storage. Blocking essential storage may interrupt sign-in or prevent drafts and preferences from being saved.
Local preferences have no automatic time-based expiry in the current app; you control them through the product or browser. Clearing browser data does not delete server-side projects, cancel a subscription, or submit an account deletion request.
We do not currently set advertising or marketing analytics cookies in the web app. If we introduce nonessential tracking, we will update this notice and obtain consent before it runs where required. Merely visiting the site or accepting the Terms will not be treated as consent to such tracking.
