1. Creative use and clear disclosure
Text2Celeb supports lawful creative uses such as fictional dialogue, comedy, parody, storytelling, personal projects, and educational demonstrations. Context matters: a scene should not lead an ordinary listener or viewer to believe a real person said or did something they did not.
Clearly identify published output as AI-generated. For example, use “AI-generated fictional dialogue — not a real recording” in the player, caption, or an accompanying audible disclosure when listeners may receive audio without its caption. Keep the notice visible or audible at the point people first encounter the work. Platform-specific synthetic-media labels may also be necessary.
Changing a cast member, selecting a style, or translating a script does not make a fabricated conversation real. If video becomes available, these rules also cover faces, bodies, lip movements, settings, and events. Do not remove disclosures or provenance markers to conceal artificial origin.
2. Uses we do not allow
Do not use Text2Celeb to create, attempt, distribute, or facilitate:
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation scams, identity theft, extortion, or requests for money or sensitive information disguised as a real person.
- Fake permissions, evidence, confessions, emergency messages, financial instructions, security authorizations, or voice-authentication bypasses.
- False celebrity or brand endorsements, testimonials, sponsorships, advertisements, or political statements presented as genuine.
- Misleading election information, deceptive voter suppression, or fabricated official announcements about voting or public emergencies.
- Nonconsensual intimate or sexual depictions of identifiable people, sexual exploitation, or sexual content involving minors. This applies to audio and any future visual features.
- Threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, stalking, doxxing, or exposing private or sensitive information without a lawful basis.
- Instructions or assistance intended to facilitate serious violence, exploitation, terrorism, or other unlawful harm.
- Material that unlawfully infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, personality, trademark, or other protected rights.
- Circumvention of safeguards, unauthorized extraction of private references or account data, automated abuse, or deliberate interference with the service.
3. Consent and the rights of real people
A recognizable voice or character can carry rights separate from the script or generated file. Do not assume that public prominence, an existing catalog listing, or payment for Pro grants permission for any use. Obtain additional permissions when your intended use requires them, particularly advertising, sensitive contexts, or uses likely to suggest affiliation.
Do not create an apparent conversation between real people in order to mislead someone about their relationships, beliefs, statements, or conduct. Keep fictional framing clear when using the dialogue feature.
You may create a custom voice only from your own voice, recorded live in the app, and only if you are 18 or older. Before recording you confirm that the voice is your own and agree to its use for your custom voice. Do not record, play back, or synthesize another person’s voice in the custom voice flow, or use a custom voice to impersonate anyone. We may suspend a custom voice and restrict the account if we have reason to believe these rules were broken. If we later offer likeness inputs, you must have the required authority and consent, and follow any additional steps presented then.
4. Review, reporting, and enforcement
We may investigate reported material, request clarification, limit access, remove a preview or voice, or restrict an account under the Terms. We do not promise to review every generation before it is produced or distributed. Automated checks can make mistakes; policy compliance remains your responsibility.
Use Report content or contact support@app-vision.co. Include the voice name, page or creation identifier, and a specific explanation. Do not send passwords or full card details. If you believe we made a mistake, request a review using the report reference. Our Rights & Takedown Policy explains rights-specific notices and disputes.
